I cannot believe that this legal battle between Brandi Glanville and Joanna Krupa is still a hot news topic. This whole thing has been dragging on for too long. During a 2013 Watch What Happens Live episode, Brandi said that Joanna had an affair with Yolanda Foster’s ex husband Mohamed Hadid and that he said Joanna’s vagina smelled in a conversation that Lisa Vanderpump was allegedly present for. Obviously that comment didn’t sit well with Joanna and she filed suit against Glanville and it’s been crazy drama ever since.
Now, Joanna has been court ordered to hand over her gynecological records, financial records, and there are a plethora of Bravolebrities continuing to be pulled into the case as witnesses.

According to Daily Mail, Joanna wants “$2 million in punitive damages.” Joanna justifies the demand by saying she went through “emotional distress” and that it damaged her image to a point where it “hurt her ability to get work in the entertainment industry.”
So why does Joanna have to hand over so many personal records? She and Brandi are currently in the “discover phase” of the lawsuit where they are collecting documents and evidence to support each of their sides. In addition to handing over documents from the gyno, her tax records, and even her Real Housewives of Miami contract, Joanna has to turn in any communication she had with LVP, Mohamed, and WWHL host Andy Cohen.
Lisa and Mohamed adamantly deny that the conversation with Brandi ever took place. And Mohamed, Lisa, Yolanda, and Andy aren’t the only Bravolebrities that are involved in this circus. Joanna was asked to list everyone who had knowledge of the case and this included Kyle Richards and former RHOM stars Alexia Echevarria and Adriana De Moura. I have no idea what consequences being named on this list will entail, but I’m sure it’s going to be annoying for everyone involved.
Aside from those familiar Bravo faces, Mark Consuelos is on this list since he was also a guest on WWHL during the episode when Brandi made her infamous comments. I wonder who the bartender was that night. Are they involved too? What about the studio audience? At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised.
To make matters worse, Brandi also made fun of Joanna on Howard Stern’s show, so he is involved in this as well.
