After Kenya Moore and Sheree Whitfield got into it on the season premiere of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the two ended up making a bet about which house would be finished first – Moore Manor or Chateau Sheree. However, when Moore’s contractor made a major snafu recently (and yes, he has since been fired and replaced), fans were left wondering if Moore would be able to get her home done in time.
Well, according to Kenya, despite the setback, things are still moving along as planned, but does she still feel that she will win her bet with Sheree?

It’s not like Kenya Moore to back down from a fight, and she certainly is not backing down from a bet. In fact, despite her recent setback on Moore Manor, Kenya insists that she will still win the bet she made with Sheree Whitfield that her home will be done by Christmas, before Sheree’s.
“I am on track and was ahead of schedule until my contractor placed the steel beam in my house on the wrong wall in the wrong direction. I have heard of nightmares in construction, but that is certainly gross negligence. My new contractors are working hard to get us back on track,” Moore recently dished to Bravo when asked about the bet.

And speaking of backing down, Moore was also not about to back down from Shamea, especially when she realized her true intentions. “If she already drank water from a display only bottle, why would she ask me about it when I arrived? She was trying to embarrass me. She never even said hello or introduced herself. She was so thirsty for negative attention that she tried to bring more drama to the boat, which was a positive occasion (she was invited to neither of these parties). It was clear her only intention was to provoke me or bring negative energy. Commoners can’t summon the queen,” Moore went on to share.
But what about the fight between Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams? Moore was as surprised as everyone else, but of course, she feels that a simple apology from Porsha would have stopped it. Yeah, good luck with that one!
