Things have been pretty rocky from the get go with the new Keeping Up With the Kardashians spin-off Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons. Since the location was announced, Hamptons residents have not been too thrilled for their summer paradise to be overrun with reality show cameras and the Kardashian sisters.
In the latest round of drama, local authorities are asking residents to call the police if they spot any Kardashians filming on any of their local beaches.

The Kardashians were spotted filming earlier this week on Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett by East Hampton Town trustee Diane McNally. The matter was brought to a town meeting where Page Six is reporting, "resident Joan Tulp complained, 'A beautiful and quiet day … we were surrounded and our peace shattered by filmmakers and paparazzi accompanying the Kardashians.'"
McNally, who was also at the town meeting, then told Page Six, “Who gave the Kardashians permission to film? The trustees should have been notified if they had applied for a permit to film on the beach, and we were not notified. Filming on our beaches is disruptive. Our residents are entitled to peace and quiet. I suggest that if anyone sees the Kardashians filming on the beach, they should call the police, because they are not legally there.”
Doesn't sound like we will see many shots of the Kardashians frolicking on the beach while filming in the Hamptons. Which is probably for the better. When the announcement was made that the Kardashians were now going to Take the Hamptons, locals took to twitter with one basic message — There goes the neighborhood. And apparently the beach!
TELL US! DO YOU THINK THAT THE KARDASHIANS SHOULD BE ABLE TO FILM ON THE HAMPTONS BEACHES? DO YOU THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE CHOSEN A DIFFERENT LOCALE AFTER THE INITIAL BACKLASH?
