And another one bites the dust. Let's face it, the marriages that endure in light of reality television success are far outnumbered by those that fail. Even the unions that seem the strongest out of the limelight tend to seem cursed the second one (or both!) of the couple allows cameras to film their every move! The most recent victim of this phenomenon is Basketball Wives: LA's star Maylasia Pargo.
Malaysia and soon-to-be-ex husband Jannero Pargo were married in 2006. The reality star claims that she and the Charlotte Hornets NBA player have been separated since December of 2012. I guess that would explain why he's never featured on the show!

TMZ is reporting that Maylasia has filed for divorce in LA County Superior Court citing–what else?–irreconcilable differences. The couple has three children, twin three-year-olds and a seven-year-old. Malaysia is pursuing sole phsical and legal custody with Jannero getting visitation. She's also asking for spousal support and the payment of any legal fees resulting from the divorce.
Like any celebrity pair going through a break-up, both Malaysia and Jannero have been posting vague comments regarding their split on social media. Jannero posted Jay-Z lyrics in January, quoting, "S*** i got 2 liv wit the fact i did u wrong 4ever," later adding, "Once a good girl has gone bad, she's gone forever."
Not to be outdone, Malaysia retorted, "Don't worry, I'm not f*** up about it. At All. Carry on. God bless." She followed up that post with an inspirational picture with the caption, "Forgive, not because they deserve forgiveness but because you deserve peace."
While it seems like the divorce is set to become heated, Malaysia claims that she and Jannero are committed to remaining friends and doing what is best for their kids. She tells the same site, "Our family is our top priority and while we have decided to amicably go our separate way. We are both committed parents and plan to remain friends as we co-parent our three children."
Malaysia concludes, "At this time we do not wish to discuss the details of our divorce. We ask that you keep our family in your prayers."
Will this be next season's story line?
