We have seen many housewives come and go over the years. That includes Tamra Judge. The Real Housewives of Orange County star has become synonymous with the franchise, having appeared on 14 out of the 18 seasons of the show.
Tamra doesn’t want to stop there either. The podcast host may have just wrapped Season 18’s reunion, but she’s already looking ahead.
Tamra Judge has high hopes for Season 20
During a recent interview with PEOPLE, Tamra expressed her desire to make it to what she considers a milestone.
“I definitely want to push through to season 20,” she stated. “I think that 20 is going to be just spectacular, I could see, like, the trip being over the top, I mean, I think it’s definitely going to be a season of celebration.”
RHOC premiered in 2006 as the first installment of what would end up being an iconic franchise in reality TV. Tamra joined the show on Season 3 and was instantly polarizing to fans.
But it was clear that the show needed her. She was canned after Season 14 but asked back by Season 17. Which Andy Cohen was seemingly thrilled with after seeing a dip in ratings during her absence.
Back in 2020, Tamra revealed that she had planned to retire during her last reunion. But when she told those close to her, they advised her against making any “rash decisions” given that she was “super emotional.”
“So I didn’t say anything,” Tamra recalled.
The CBD owner was later caught off guard when the pink slip came. According to Tamra, a producer called and explained that the network “decided to go in a different direction.” That same producer shared that they were “completely shocked” by the news.
“I always wanted to go out on my terms, and yeah, I’m a little bummed about that, but whatever,” Tamra concluded.
Now that she’s back, maybe she will get the chance.
Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
