Luann de Lesseps is a staple on reality TV. Even after Real Housewives of New York completely overhauled the cast, the Bravolebrity filmed Luann and Sonja: Welcome To Crappie Lake, and participated in Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
Now, Luann will be joining Shannon Beador, Gizelle Bryant, and Ashley Darby on a new Bravolebrity dating show from Peacock. The RHONY alum is taking this opportunity to find the perfect man. And she appeared on Scheana Shay’s podcast recently to discuss her criteria.
Luann de Lesseps is looking for “a real partner”
“What type of men to you hope to meet on this show? Are you looking for something serious? Some fun nights?” the Vanderpump Rules star asked Luann during her visit to film Scheananigans.
“Darling, I filled out a whole questionnaire about what kind of guy I’m looking for, of course,” the cabaret star coyly responded.
Luann continued, “First of all, Europeans or Latins. The last time I married an American, it was a disaster. So, I’ll stick with the Europeans. And listen, I lived in Europe a long time. I speak languages. I’m looking for somebody sophisticated who has hair. No baldies.”
Clearly, the former countess is taking jabs at her ex-husband of eight months, Tom D’Agostino. The rest of her criteria stays true to form. Luann is well-known to prefer French gentlemen. She dated Jacques Azoulay previously and was also linked to Olivier Sarkozy.
Luann added, “Tall. Smart. Kind. Loyal. You know I need somebody who’s got my back. I need somebody when I come off tour, who’s waiting home for me and who’s making me eggs a la francais in the morning.”
“That sounds good,” Scheana said.
At the end of the day, Luann needs, “a partner. A real partner.”
Filming for the dating show, tentatively titled Love Hotel, will begin filming in September in Cabo San Lucas.
