Gina Kirschenheiter’s Boyfriend Travis Mullen Drops Restraining Order Against Ex-Wife

Real Housewives of Orange County viewers just watched Travis Mullen move out of the home he previously shared with Gina Kirschenheiter.

Gina told RHOC producers that she needed space from Travis’ ex, Meghan Mullen. Their situation was still so toxic, that it affected the couple. Without breaking up, the budding realtor simply asked for some space and peace.

Now, it seems that Travis and Meghan might be taking a step towards resolution. And RHOC fans get a bit of context on what Gina was dealing with.

Travis and Meghan are taking a step towards resolution

In Touch exclusively discovered that an agreement was reached in the court feud. Travis agreed to drop the temporary restraining order against Meghan.

The former spouses agree that “neither party will be under the influence of any non-prescription medications or illegal drugs while having physical custody of the minor children.”

Travis has a right to ask for a drug screening or test and Meghan agreed to present the results within six hours of the request. In turn, Travis will “advance the costs of said screening/test.”

Should Meghan fail a single test, “her physical custody with the minor children shall be immediately suspended and she shall reimburse [Travis] for the cost of said screening/testing.”

Travis can only ask for a test when Meghan has custody of the children, or immediately upon their return to their father. Gina’s boyfriend must also provide a valid reason for requesting a test, and it shall not be to “harass” Meghan. This agreement is in place for one year.

“Both parties shall encourage the children to spend time with the other party,” the duo confirmed.

However, Travis and Meghan’s only topic of communication will be the children via a court-approved app. The parents agreed to stop negative comments about each other, “nor allow any third party to make such comments.”

“All contact between the parties shall be courteous, respectful and non-threatening and the parties shall conduct themselves in a mature and civil manner while in the presence of the minor children,” the agreement continued.

As part of the deal, the judge dismissed the temporary restraining order that was granted in August 2023.
