Josh Flagg Apologized to Tracy Tutor’s Daughter for ‘Idiot’ Insult

Never call your best friend’s kid an idiot. That’s the lesson Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg learned when he insulted Tracy Tutor’s daughter. Josh is known for being rude and condescending but always seemed to pull it off in a not-too-offensive way. However, the gloves come off when insulting someone’s child, and Tracy did not have any part of that. Luckily for Josh, he understood the assignment and put in the work to earn his friendship back.

Tracy says Flagg apologized to her daughter, “I was out of line”

Flagg always had a playful relationship with Tracy’s daughter Juliet. He would tease her and pretend he didn’t know who she was when she would show up to listings. This annoyed Juliet, and rightfully so. But most people chalked it up to Flagg being Flagg. Except one day he took it too far and called Tracy’s daughter an “idiot.”

Because of that, it seemed Tracy and Flagg’s friendship might be beyond repair. But, Tracy felt differently once Flagg apologized. Tracy told US Weekly, “Josh Flagg made really strong efforts to repair damage that happened between him and I toward the end of last season. And I’m really proud of him.”

She continued, “He came a long way. Obviously, [he] went through a terrible divorce, so at the end of the day, if you’re really, truly friends with someone, you forgive. You don’t forget, but you forgive.” Going through a divorce doesn’t help one’s mindset. It’s no excuse, but stress can cause people to do and say things they wouldn’t otherwise.

Tracy then discussed Flagg apologizing to her and her daughter. She said, “Juliet is incredibly thoughtful, and she’s like, ‘Mom, he’s just an idiot,’ and I’m like, ‘Yeah, he kinda is.’” I have a feeling Flagg would agree with that assessment as well.

She added, “She didn’t take it to heart as much as I did. For me, that was a level of disrespect that I obviously wasn’t willing to take, but he did apologize to her and made efforts with her personally and privately off camera to be like, ‘I’m really sorry, but I was out of line.’”

At the end of it all, Tracy still feels like a “big sister” to Flagg. Let’s hope the two remain on good terms throughout the newest season of MDLLA. Flagg is going to need some allies as his relationship with Josh Altman is currently in question

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles continues Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
