In a shocking turn of events, Tom Sandoval is dipping into Rachel Leviss’ lawsuit. He’s also now suing his Vanderpump Rules ex Ariana Madix, because what in the actual f*ck is happening right now? I’m not the only one that’s disgusted by this move. As soon as this became public knowledge, the online heat grew, and Tom deleted his social media pages, including the one for his Venmo cover band.
We already know that Rachel is suing her former affair partner and Ariana, the woman who has suffered as a result of their betrayal. For a while, this seemed to piss Tom off. He even openly spoke about how nasty it was that Rachel was suing Ariana. And here we are now. Pot. Kettle. Asshat.
This lawsuit sh*t is bananas
To recap, Rachel is going after the man who ruined white nail polish for everyone for screen-recording her intimate solo session. On Ariana, Rachel claimed that Ariana shared her video with others, a claim that Ariana has profusely denied. But here comes Tom, now suing for this same breach of privacy, because Ariana is thriving to the max, and this man needs a payday.
On Tuesday, July 16, Us Weekly obtained Tom’s court documents like a champ. In his filing, Tom claimed that Ariana “obtained access” to his phone on March 1, 2023. Once she unlocked his phone, Ariana reviewed his videos without his “authorization or permission.” He also states that Ariana “made copies” of one of his saved videos and then distributed it to “Leviss and third parties” against his authority.
Holy low. Thankfully, Jordan Susman, Ariana’s attorney, quickly entered the chat.
“It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability. To months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing. Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices,” Jordan began, referring to the fact that Tom once freely shared his login code with his now-ex.
Continuing, Jordan stressed that “If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for someone to discover their spouse or significant other was having an affair. For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself.”
Preach, Jordan. It’s giving gross.
Previous seasons of Vanderpump Rules can be streamed on Peacock.
