Million Dollar Listing LA Season 15, Episode 2 Preview: Why Josh Flagg and Altman’s Friendship Is on the Rocks

Josh Flagg and Josh Altman’s rocky relationship set the tone for the first ten seasons of Million Dollar Listing LA. These two L.A.-based realtors have ruined listing parties, and lost a few deals, simply because of their arguments. Once, Flagg even slapped Altman at a listing, because WE DON’T SPEAK ABOUT THE GRANDMOTHERS. Then, they found peace, but after a sneak peek trailer for MDLLA Season 15, Episode 2 dropped, it’s clear that this period of calm is now dead.

If you ask Flagg, Altman isn’t playing fair

The July 10 premiere episode of Million Dollar Listing LA showcased a new listing that’s coming in between Altman and Flagg. During Season 15, Episode 1, Heather Altman prepared for an open house, with a listing price of $15,888,888. “The Altman Brothers have an incredible listing on Readcrest,” Heather explained. She also noted that she and her husband were co-listing this property with another agent.

This house has been on the market for quite some time. Due to this, well before the Altmans got this listing, many other real estate agents had already seen this home. “I went on that listing appointment a year and a half ago,” Tracy Tutor said in her confessional. “I mean, who hasn’t seen Readcrest? I’m sure James [Harris] and David [Parnes] were there. Maybe Fredrik [Eklund],” she further stressed.

Flagg for sure saw it. And he isn’t happy that the Altmans now have this listing. In the latest sneak peek, Flagg explains “Altman and I went on that listing appointment together.” Knowing this, Tracy asked Flagg if he was attending Altman’s open house for this property. He’s not.

“I’m not supporting someone who f*cking hijacked the listing we went on together. F*ck that,” Flagg sweetly responded. “This Readcrest listing is a little bit of a sore subject for me because it’s fair to say that Altman f*cked me,” he later explained in his confessional, joking, “And not in the way that I like to be f*cked.”

Altman “didn’t even have the courtesy” to tell Flagg that he’s off this listing. Flagg found out when he “saw it come on the MLS,” or so Flagg states.

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles continues Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
