Alexia and Todd Nepola shocked the Bravoverse with news of their divorce. But the estrangement has developed in unexpected ways since the news first broke. Despite the split, the two may have just shared a trip to Spain.
Real Housewives of Miami fans saw the pair having some problems during Season 6. Todd failed to show up to Alexia’s New Horizons party, rubbing everyone the wrong way. It didn’t take long for Alexia’s costars to start speculating on trouble in paradise.
Not long after Season 6 ended, the rumors proved true. Todd even caught Alexia by surprise by filing for divorce. Nevertheless, things might just be on the mend now.
Alexia tags Todd in her Madrid IG story
Over the July 4 weekend, Alexia found herself living it up in Madrid. She posted various travel snapshots to her IG page and story. One particular image in her story caught her followers’ attention. In a photo showing off some sandwiches from the Four Seasons in Madrid, Alexia tagged her now estranged husband. Page Six screenshotted and archived the picture.
To give Alexia the benefit of the doubt, there could be more than one reason behind tagging Todd in her story. The most obvious assumption would be that Todd was with Alexia in Madrid. However, perhaps Alexia tagged Todd for other reasons. Maybe it was a matter of pettiness. She might’ve wanted to show Todd that she was living her best life without him.
While that may be true, Alexia previously confirmed that she was still seeing Todd from time to time. She not only confirmed that they were seeing each other but that they were still sleeping together. “We’ve done it all. Yeah, we love each other,” she said while on Two Ts In A Pod. “We’re super into each other.” She also mentioned the hope for reconciliation via counseling.
