Why wait to watch the premiere of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15 when you can catch a sneak peek right now?
Josh Altman, Tracy Tutor, and Josh Flagg are back in action selling multi-million dollar properties in Los Angeles. Or are they? Inflation is hitting everyone’s wallets, which is also affecting buyers and sellers. All those mega mansions that sold like hot cakes in Season 14 are now sitting on the market for thirty days or more.
Still, the Million Dollar Listing crew each has a plan up their sleeves to combat the situation.
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15 sneak peek
In Bravo’s sneak peek, Altman, Flagg, and Tracy lament about the current state of the market. Not only are mortgage rates are rising, but there is a 4% tax on sales over five million dollars, and a 5.5% tax for 10 million and over. Altman was down 25% in sales, and Flagg predicted a recession was afoot. Tracy bluntly said, “Seller’s don’t want to sell … so that ruins our life. The market sucks.”
However, the doom and gloom isn’t stopping the team from getting creative. Tracy has expanded her services to include Orange County and Texas. While Altman’s Newport Beach office is picking up the slack from the lack of sales in LA. And Flagg being classic Flagg, hasn’t done a thing to change. He’s happy sticking with Bel Air and Beverly Hills.
Flagg gave an update on his personal life and shared last season he went through a “nasty divorce.” He also jumped into a new relationship a bit too quickly, so he is taking time apart in order to focus on himself and be more positive. And in case you were worried, Flagg is not all Kumbaya.
He reassured us he is still very much, “egotistical, condescending, somewhat rude, and abrasive.” And he is also looking is best. Flagg added, “I’ve cut back on my drinking which I think is really making my skin glow.”
The state of the market is affecting Altman’s personal life too. Altman shared that it’s a “difficult market” so he has “no choice but to take every listing.” He added, “So I don’t have any extra time. And yeah, it’s a stress on the family 100%.” And part of that stress is expanding his business down to Orange County. He joked his OC business, “better be good, or we’re f*cked.”
Tracy is also juggling her business, her soon-to-be over relationship with Erik Anderson, and being a mom to two teenage daughters. One is a senior in high school, and the other is in full teenager mode. Tracy admitted she needs to do what she needs to do in order to send the girls to college. And that means she will be taking a listing in Laguna Beach that has been on the market for over thirty days.
The drama is just heating up for the MDLLA crew, and we can’t wait to see what happens next!
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15 premieres July 10 on Bravo.
