Well, host Andy Cohen must have had a blast at the 15th anniversary special for his talk show, Watch What Happens Live. He invited his favorite guests, including Sonja Morgan, Jeff Lewis, and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice. And Frick and Frack, also known as Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams and alum Phaedra Parks returned, too.
Poor Jeff had issues backstage with Teresa, and their drama spilled over to the clubhouse. And it was AWKWARD when Teresa demanded that Jeff tell the world why he apologized to her. So, why was Teresa angry with Jeff?
Jeff Lewis picked the wrong woman to stay on RHONJ
Teresa broke down her feud with Jeff on her new podcast, Turning the Tables. “They asked him who should go: me or the other person on my show who’s related to me through my brother. That one,” Teresa stated. “I don’t even like to say her name.” Of course, Teresa is referring to her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga.
The RHONJ OG continued, “He answered me. He said, ‘Teresa.’ But now he said sorry, he takes that back. So that’s what he was apologizing to me for.” Teresa added, “He’s like, ‘I shouldn’t have said that.’ I said, ‘Oh, OK. Thank you.’”
Teresa Giudice wanted Jeff Lewis to admit that he picked Melissa Gorga to stay on RHONJ
While Teresa accepted his apology, she also wanted him to admit that he picked her to leave RHONJ instead of Melissa. “But I guess he was put on the spot and he really didn’t want to do that,” Teresa said on her podcast. She felt that Jeff didn’t discuss what happened because Melissa was set to appear on his podcast soon.
After embarrassing Jeff on national TV, Teresa invited him over. As one does. “He’s really lovely. I had a great time. Luis [Ruelas] and I both spoke to him,” Teresa said. “He was really great to talk to. We even invited him to our house. We were like, ‘If you’re ever in Jersey, I would love to cook for you.’ So we told him that.” I’m sure Jeff is clearing his schedule right now.
And Teresa was also willing to give Jeff’s podcast a boost. “I told him I would love to go on his podcast. We could cross-promote each other,” Teresa said. “I would love to do that. I definitely can’t talk about a lot of stuff right now so maybe when the season’s over, we will do that. And trust me, I want to do it,” she added.
