June 29, 2024, marked Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s fifth wedding anniversary. Of course, this year’s anniversary was a little atypical. 2024 marked the first anniversary that Jax and Brittany spent separated.
Depending on how things go forward, 2024 might be the last year the two spend apart as a married couple. Of course, that could mean they’ll eventually reconcile, but it could also mean they divorce for good.
The Valley stars made their separation public in February. The news shocked the reality TV world. Classic Vanderpump Rules fans couldn’t help but wonder if the whole thing was a ploy to drive viewership to their spin-off. However, months on, the separation feels more real than ever.
How did Jax and Brittany spend their anniversary?
Brittany certainly made the most of her June. She documented her trip to the Bahamas on her Instagram in late June. But on the day of her anniversary, Brittany posted a story alongside her friend and costar Kristen Doute. The two were living the day away in Las Vegas. But the two weren’t just there as a matter of vacation.
Kristen and Brittany served as guest bartenders at the Daylight Beach Club, hosting an event for fans. Meanwhile, Jax was cohosting an event of his own, but not here in the USA. Jax found himself in Vancouver over the weekend with a costar of his own. Jax and Jonny Fairplay from House of Villains had their event to run in Canada.
But neither Jax nor Brittany suffered from all work and no play. As Brittany enjoyed her time in Vegas, Jax and Jonny got to attend a baseball game at Vancouver’s stadium. Jax posted from his Instagram story, showing off their sweet at the Blue Jays and Yankees game. Here’s hoping Brittany had just as good a time without her husband.
