Consider this a warning. The next time you see Jill Zarin, she’s going to look a little different. The Real Housewives of New York OG just shared that she underwent some major cosmetic surgery, including a facelift, a chin implant, and fat transfer.
There’s a new face coming to the Big Apple
For the procedure, Jill hired Dr. Ira Savetsky, whose alleged use of the N-word caused his wife to drop out of the RHONY reboot. He spoke to Page Six about all of the details of Jill’s cosmetic makeover, which they’re affectionally referring to as a “facial rejuvenation.”
He explained, “The procedure included a dual plane lower facelift and neck lift, which involved repositioning both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful look. To enhance her profile, I placed a small chin implant.”
Additionally, he transferred fat into various parts of her body to help add more volume to the RHONY OG. He said he transferred fat into her “midface, temples, earlobes and hands.” Yes, her hands.
To the average person, all of this cosmetic surgery probably sounds a little bit jarring. For a Real Housewives star, this is all just par for the course. Margaret Josephs, Karen Huger, and most recently, Caroline Stanbury, have all gotten their faces snatched. It’s just what they do.
According to Dr. Savetsky, Jill is recovering from all of the procedures “exceptionally well,” and he’s expecting Jill to come out looking like a perfect little porcelain doll. For now, the work is still setting, so the post-op photos show her bruised and swollen. Over the next few weeks, she’ll slowly start to look less puffy and more like a brand-new Jill! Meanwhile, we’ll be sitting around anxiously awaiting the big reveal of her new face, chin, earlobes, and hands.
