Rethinking her position? Jennifer Fessler is living her sophomore season on Real Housewives of New Jersey in a very polarizing manner. The RHONJ breakout star is having issues with her friends Margaret Josephs and Rachel Fuda over the decision to be friendly with Teresa Giudice.
It may backfire tremendously, but right now, Jennifer is navigating the waters. The question is, can she maintain it for the full season or will something happen to damage the equilibrium. With this group, you can’t play both fields for long.
Jenn defended her “idea that I listen”
Jennifer recently appeared on Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap. There, she spoke about how “nice” Teresa was to her during filming, but had it not been for the show, she would not have maintained contact with the RHONJ original star.
“It’s not in my nature to be nasty to someone who is being nice to me. And I like to pride myself on the idea that I listen. And to listen to other points of view,” Jenn said.
Despite the hype on camera, Jenn denied that she and Teresa ever had a “close” friendship. More than anything, it was an acquaintance. And Jenn alluded to some questionable social media activity from Teresa and her bestie, Jennifer Aydin.
“Teresa and I – we were never close, close friends. Right. We were friendly. And it’s unfortunate because now a lot of this stuff that’s come out in social media has — I’ve kind of taken a step back. Just for my own mental health,” she explained.
There is someone that Jenn is still “close” with, despite their current issues being played out on screen. Margaret can still be counted as a friend and seems to know Jenn best. She suggested that the Bravolebrity befriended the mother-of-four passively.
It’s good to know that Jenn managed to salvage a friendship, despite what is currently going on.
