Summer House Season 8 aired the final part of the reunion, and it’s a wrap. Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke seemingly got some closure, while Ciara Miller is still processing what happened with newbie West Wilson. But the season is done.
Now, with the summer of 2024 approaching, it’s time to start filming for Season 9. And that brings up a lot of logistical issues, especially regarding the proximity of Carl and Lindsay to each other.
Lindsay can “tolerate” being on Carl
The former PR guru gave an interview to Rolling Stone after Part 2 of the Summer House Reunion aired. She spoke to the future and suggested that she would agree to film with her ex-fiance.
Lindsay was asked what she thought “a future Summer House season would look like.” That includes the participation of her new boyfriend.
“I agree with Kyle on that. We had a great formula with this cast and I think that we always find a way. This show started with mine and Kyle’s group of friends eight seasons ago. I think hopefully, this will be something I can laugh about one day,” the veteran Bravolebrity answered.
“I don’t know,” Lindsay responded to whether her new partner would join the cast. “I think that’s a conversation that I would have to have with him.”
As for filming with Carl, Lindsay gives it the green light because she’s “very indifferent about him.”
“I look back on that relationship and I thank God I’m not in that relationship anymore. I’m in a different relationship that is so loving, caring, and respectful. I’m in a really good headspace in general right now,” she explained. “With Carl, I just look at him like he’s just another guy in the room. I don’t have any emotions one way or another. I don’t have hatred towards him, I don’t wish him any ill will. I’m not going to go talk to him about all the shit going on in my life but I can tolerate being in the same room as him. If that means living in the same house, great, whatever.”
