Currently on The Valley, Janet Caperna is feuding with Kristen Doute. The Vanderpump Rules alum created a lot of drama by inserting herself into the marriage woes of Michelle Lally and Jesse Lally.
Understandably, a heavily pregnant Janet chose not to invite Kristen and her boyfriend, Luke Broderick, to her baby moon in Big Bear, California. Kristen also snubbed her from a James Mae event as well, so the former executive assistant went tit-for-tat.
So when her husband, Jason Caperna, claimed that Luke socializes frequently with VPR villian Tom Sandoval, it almost feels like a dig. Who wants to be associated with Sandoval? But regardless of the intention, the successful lawyer did make an interesting suggestion as to a cast shake up for The Valley Season 2.
The friendship could lead to a “somewhat organic” transfer from VPR
Jason made the comments during an exclusive interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish. The father-of-one is “actual friends” with several of the Vanderpump Rules cast. He and Sandoval were not currently in a good place though. But Jason thinks that Sandoval could be happily planted into The Valley in a “somewhat organic” manner due to his proximity to other cast members.
Jax Taylor socializes with Sandoval, according to Jason. Also, the disgraced reality TV star “hangs out all the time” with Luke. It’s worth noting that Kristen and Sandoval dated in the past.
“I just look at it as Scheana [Shay] and all our people who we hang out with all the time — they’re actually friends with us,” Jason explained. “So, filming with them would make total sense. It would be organic, and I would not protest that or contest that in any way.”
The attorney was asked to suggest a VPR cast member to join The Valley. However, it seems the current bunch do just fine when it comes to creating drama.
