Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Must Follow Strict Shared Closet Schedule Amid Divorce

Judges in the Milton, GA area must be very, very exhausted. Ex-Real Housewives of Atlanta/Don’t Be Tardy exes Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have kept the judicial system there booked and busy with their messy divorce and seemingly bottomless financial woes.

Kim and Kroy’s mansion is a hair away from foreclosure. However, they’ve been trying to delay that process together, since they both still live there.

Apparently, they’ve still been sharing the primary bedroom closet, and it’s become a point of contention. A judge just set strict guidelines for when Kim and Kroy are each allowed to access it. Also, Kim is no longer allowed to sell any of her or Kroy’s clothes or accessories.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kim and Kroy’s divorce has truly leveled up in terms of ridiculousness. A judge just made them a schedule for their closet.

For the last seven months, Kroy’s court-appointed area of the house has been the primary bedroom, whereas Kim was relegated to the basement/nanny quarters. Despite the house being around 16,000 sq. ft. and having seven total bedrooms – thus, at least six other closets – they’ve been sharing the one closet in Kroy’s domain. Unsurprisingly, it’s gotten ugly.

The closet agreement was made to keep the peace after several fights over it played out in front of their four minor children. It states that “neither party shall enter the other party’s individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission.”

Kim’s now only allowed to enter the closet on Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Kroy wasn’t given specific days and times, but he’s forbidden from entering the closet during Kim’s time.

Additionally, it looks like Kim will have to retire her @kimzbcloset Instagram account, where she previously attempted to make (and allegedly pocket) cash by selling a bunch of her and Kroy’s designer things. The new closet agreement prohibits the two from selling or getting rid of any disputed or agreed-upon marital property. At least she has absurd clickbait opportunities to fall back on.

Kim and Kroy are lucky to have any closets at this point. Hopefully, they can stick to the schedule and the judge can get a minute to take a breath.
