It’s not over. Brandi Glanville is not backing down from her claim that former boss Andy Cohen sexually harassed her. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wasn’t the only one to cry foul. Leah McSweeney even filed a lawsuit against Andy.
But on May 9th, an insider revealed that Bravo’s internal investigation concluded and found the claims to be “unsubstantiated.” Brandi took to X and it sounds like she’s far from backing down.
She has yet to file a lawsuit
In a tweet on May 13th, Brandi wrote, “I honestly am in shock that people don’t do their homework. No lawsuit has been won against me over my allegations against Andy. I’ve only sent a letter putting them on notice. I HAVEN’T EVEN FILED MY lawsuit yet.”
The tweet garnered over 35k views and while there were only a few comments (because Brandi limited them), they were from supportive fans. One user wrote, “I love you Brandi and stand with you always! Trolls will always troll, but good will prevail.”
In February, the Real Housewives of New York alum and Brandi made statements disparaging Andy for his past behavior. While Leah filed a suit in court, Brandi fired her proverbial shots in the form of a letter from her legal team.
The letter accused Andy of asking Brandi to FaceTime him while he got intimate with another Bravolebrity. Something that Brandi’s attorneys called “an extraordinary abuse of power.”
Regardless of Brandi’s legal action, it sounds like Bravo has decided for themselves that Andy did no wrong. The source stated in full, “The outside investigation into the recent allegations made by Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney against Andy Cohen has now been completed, and the claims were found to be unsubstantiated”
So the ball is in Brandi’s court to decide whether or not she is going to move forward with the lawsuit she has been talking about for months now. And it seems as though Brandi has no plans to change her course of action.
