Oh my goodness. That marriage curse over on Bravo is beyond real. This time, it’s Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK who are now taking a much-needed pause on their marriage post-filming. This is pretty wild because, for the past 3,677 weeks, these two have been extremely vocal about being fine.
However, we shouldn’t be all that surprised, since Erika Jayne called this one out eons ago. I mean, she was kidding, but as they say, there’s always a little hint of truth within every sarcastic quip. Either way, this news is still sad. Therefore, let me help us all unpack what they’ve just shared online.
Oh. And as you read along, please humor me by doing so in your favorite Dorit accent.

To start this whole thing off, Dorit headed over to her Instagram account. Here, she threw it all out in the open. Basically, she’s grown weary of the speculation, so she decided that it was time to put it all to bed. OR Bravo did give an alleged ultimatum and this woman wants her diamond back.
“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” she began. At this point, my heart sank, because I knew what was coming next.
“To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children. We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey. With love, Dorit and PK,” she ended.
On his end, PK shared her post via his stories. I hate this for them.
The cameras are about to start rolling on RHOBH Season 14. Therefore, this will all likely be filmed as a part of Dorit’s main storyline. Likewise, we will also see Kyle Richards fully sans Mauricio Umansky, which is equally sad. But, could this finally be our long-awaited season of girl power, or neh, just more of the same ole darkness and grief?
Either way, I’m here for whatever these ladies decide to bring. In addition, I’m also here for Dorit and PK’s work to hopefully pay off, because I can’t help it, I like them as a couple.
