Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules has been quite eventful. Tom Sandoval is still in his feelings when it comes to Rachel Leviss. The former beauty pageant contestant metaphorically left Tom at the altar as he waited for her to ditch rehab and come running back to her at lightning speed. Sadly, this didn’t come to fruition for Tom, as he spent the entire season feeling sorry for himself and pining for a lost love.
On the flip side, Ariana Madix made it very clear that she was not going to entertain anyone who kept a friendship with the TomTom owner. Ariana has isolated herself through this process due to her angry but justified outbursts. Katie Maloney has been living her best life in her single-girl era. And who knew Scheana Shay would be giving the number one girl in the group vibes? But with the season winding down, there is a ton fans need to see at the reunion.
Tom needs to take responsibility
Now, I think most VPR fans can admit that what Tom did wasn’t the best, but it isn’t like he committed capital murder. However, Schwartz & Sandy’s owner should have figured out how to make amends for those he has hurt. I am going to need Andy Cohen to hold the singer/club owner/model accountable. He needs to answer the question of how he has treated people around him for the last ten years. That is the crux of the problem. The affair was just the straw that broke the camel’s back for the group.
James in a bubble bath
The last episode showed James Kennedy splish-splashing around in a bubble bath while playing with a rubber duckie. First, I will need the blend of essential oils he used and secondly, I will need James to approach the reunion with the same zest for life as he had in that tub. The British native has been particularly great this season. And, as we all know, the reigning number-one guy in the group. He has done his best to make Tom see the error of his ways. James’ insight and persistence have been invaluable. He has made sure to call out Tom on more than one occasion when while trying to rebuild their friendship.
A Jo Jo for your troubles
Unpopular opinion: Jo Wenberg got a bad edit. The California native was set up for failure. From day one, she was made out to be the scapegoat/villain who was never meant to be embraced by the other Vanderpump Rules girls. It would be nice to see Jo and the rest of the ladies talk about their comments and mean girl actions. I think it needs to be made clear that this type of behavior is not okay.
But my heart melted for her after Jo bared her soul about her true feelings for Tom Schwartz. She definitely thought she could have a future with Tom. I would like to see Jo given five minutes on the couch to express her emotions and, hopefully, be given an update on her love life. It would also be good for Jo to say her peace to Tom, hopefully giving closure.
Revenge of the emo-Katie
Fans are discussing how they have more sexual chemistry now that they are divorced than they ever did when in wedded bliss. Watching Tom try his best to re-woo Katie in San Francisco gave OG Vanderpump Rules vibes. It was light, fun, and cute. Let us not forget Tom has been a right butthead by the way he treated Jo, pushing Sandy on Ariana, and still being dismissive of the women on the show. It is too bad that Katie can’t treat Tom the way Tom treats every other woman. The revenge would be sweet.
Love lost or won
The Good as Gold singer and Brock Davies have had a rough second year of marriage. Brock feels undervalued, and Scheana is exhausted. The season highlighted the friction between the two with multiple squabbles. At the reunion, it would be nice to see the love that we know is there between the two. Both Brock and Scheana consistently have one another’s backs, and I’d like to see them end on a high note for Season 11.
