Big Brother Canada Season 12 is down to its final four, with Victoria Woghiren, aka Spicy Vee, sent to the Jury House by her All-Star buddy, Anthony Douglas. In an emotional and explosive episode, viewers watched as Spicy lived up to her name, demanding the other houseguests take out “the trash” once she had gone. Reality Tea Managing Editor Daniel Falconer got the chance to chat to Victoria, all about her time in the house, playing as an All-Star, Anthony’s betrayal, and more.

Entering Big Brother Canada 12 as an All-Star

Daniel Falconer: Let’s go back to the start of the season. You come into the game alongside Anthony. What were your first feelings when you realized you’d not only be playing alongside him but that you were the only two All-Stars in the season?

Spicy Vee: I was shocked. Of course, when I got the call, was speculating and guessing; never in a million years could I have guessed it was just gonna be two of us. I was super excited. Anthony’s someone who I knew outside of the house and … I thought, ‘oh my God, maybe the target won’t be that big on my back now, and maybe I’ll have a chance at playing the game without getting out right away.’

Daniel: How did it feel playing a second season where other players could have had a preconceived notion of you and your gameplay?

Spicy: It was good; it was awesome. Honestly, I’m very proud of how I played in Season 9; I was very much my authentic self. So, coming into the house for the second time, I didn’t have to do anything but just be myself again. That was accepted, and I was someone that people wanted to work with; it was cool. I kind of liked it; I had literal fans in the house! I know that sounds so freakin’ weird to say, but I walked in and immediately had two people like, ‘Oh my God, you’re my favorite BBCAN player.’ So that made me feel really cool!

Spicy’s disappointment in Anthony

Daniel: It’s been an emotional week for you, especially with Anthony. How are you feeling about him now you’ve had a small bit of time to reflect on everything?

Spicy: I’m still extremely disappointed. Never did I think that I would leave at the hands of Anthony. When we walked through the doors together, we promised each other that we would have each other’s back, steer people away, and never go after each other, and that’s exactly what I did the whole season. I was very true to that final two, so it breaks my heart that he not only got me out, but the way he did it was very, very nasty.

He put me up on the block minutes [after] telling me, making up all these reasons, when I know damn well that he was just nervous to lose to me in the end. I wish he could have just manned up and been more honest with why I was going up and maybe given me more time to talk it out with him. He didn’t give me any of that, and I’m disappointed; he should be ashamed.

Taking on the role of a Juror

Daniel: You are a member of the Jury! How are you expecting to be received by your fellow Jurors?

Spicy: I know they’re gonna be shocked and sad! I know that many of the members were rooting for me, but I know they’re gonna be ready for all the tea. And I’ve got it for them!

Daniel: What will you be looking for in your winner of Big Brother Canada Season 12?

Spicy: Honestly, after looking at this game and how I went out, I am looking for accountability. I want people to own their moves. If they had a hand in something, I want them to tell me. If they got this person out, I wanna know why. I want answers, I want truth, I wanna see the game that they truthfully played, the role they played in getting things done and why they’re standing in the final two. I don’t want the fake crap, I don’t wanna hear, ‘Oh I didn’t say that, I didn’t do anything, I didn’t get you out because of that,’ I want the truth. That’s what I’m looking for.

Spicy’s advice for the final four

Daniel: You warned the other players that you won’t be a “bitter Juror” and to take out “the trash” – your words – do you think they’ll listen to your advice?

Spicy: I hope so; I actually have been in my head about it because I very much meant if you wanna win this game, you’ve gotta get Anthony out. I hope the way I said it didn’t take away from the meaning of, no, seriously, if you wanna win this game, you’ve gotta get out Anthony. He’s controlling everybody, no one really has the balls to stick up to him, and if they wanna win the game, they’ve gotta take out the trash, literally! So, I stand by what I said, and I really hope that they do listen because, if someone gets out Anthony, that would be huge for their resumé.

Would Victoria change anything from her BBCAN12 game?

Daniel: Do you have any major regrets or things you might change about your time in the house this season?

Spicy: You know, not really. I’m very proud of the game I played. I made strong alliances; I won a lot of things. If I were to change anything, it might have been not being loyal to so many people. I was loyal to Hot Chocolate; I was loyal to Bayleigh; I was loyal to Anthony. When you’re loyal to that many people, and you’re honest with that many people, and it starts to get out, the people that you are loyal to start to doubt you. So, I probably would have talked a little less and given less of myself to so many people.

Daniel: Looking back, what were some of your favorite moments from the season?

Spicy: The challenges were out of this world. The Movie Night Massacre: I will live that night for the rest of my life. Being the Executive Veto holder! I was the first-ever Invisible HOH in Season 9, and now I’m the first-ever Executive Veto holder; these are titles I get to keep for the rest of my life.

And just meeting a lot of people I know I will be friends with for the rest of my life. Kayla and Avery are my girls.

Would Spicy Vee return for a third Big Brother Canada season?

Daniel: You clearly love this game. What does Big Brother Canada mean to you?

Spicy: Big Brother Canada means everything to me. Even since Season 9, I have still very much been in a Big Brother mindset. Continuing to watch, I have my own little podcast where I interview reality TV people. Big Brother means everything to me. I love the concept, I love that I’m a part of it, and I still can’t believe it! I am a full BBCAN player! It’s been three years, and I’m still like, ‘Wait, what?!’ it means so much to me. Getting that call for a second time, I was screaming! Screaming at the top of my lungs. Thank God I was home alone because people would have been concerned.

Daniel: Finally, this may be too early to ask … But would you consider ever coming back to play Big Brother Canada for a third time?

Spicy: Oh my God, the trauma! I literally think I’ll have grey hair! But listen, if Big Brother calls, you don’t say no. That’s on Big Brother, okay. If my Big Brother needs me, I’m not gonna turn my back on him, so I will be there! (laughs)

Big Brother Canada Season 12 airs three nights a week. New episodes broadcast every Sunday at 9 p.m., Tuesday at 7 p.m. and Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT.
