Ann Maddox is the honorary new Vanderpump Rules supporting cast member. She is quite endearing in her mannerisms, and to her credit, survived a stint working for Tom Sandoval. Upon ending her working relationship with the disgraced reality TV star, Ann started as Ariana Madix’s assistant. That included a role at Something About Her, the sandwich shop that Ariana is opening with co-star Katie Maloney.
And as the duo work to open their long-awaited eatery, the spotlight is on them, and Ann, to discuss their new dynamic.
Ann “can’t wait to break bread” with fans at the shop
Ann exclusively told The Daily Dish on April 26 how she felt about working with Katie and Ariana in their “female-centric business.”
“I am very excited about my new job at Something About Her, Ariana and Katie are the best bosses a girl can ask for! [I] can’t wait to ‘break bread’ with all the lovely fans of VPR at the sandwich shop. See you soon!” she said.
Ariana is just as excited to have Ann on her team. And she explained why it was such a good fit on the Vanderpump Rules After Show.
“Something [Ann] had said she wanted in a job before was to be someone who contributed creatively and somebody who had upward mobility- things like that- and that’s definitely something that we have. She also said she really wanted to work with women,” the Chicago star explained.
Katie also thinks Ann is “a great addition.”
“Just her presence and enthusiasm and everything,” she said.
Most importantly, Something About Her has an official opening date at last. During the latest episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Katie and Ariana confirmed the opening date of May 22, 2024.
