Vanderpump Rules star Tom Schwartz ended his “situationship” with Jo Wenberg recently on the show. I think that we can all agree that Schwartzy led Jo on, and didn’t admit to his friends that they were dating. Jo was further hurt when Schwartz moved on with someone else. The reason? He told Jo that he didn’t want to be in a relationship. In fact, we didn’t know a lot about Schwartz’s new lady, Sophia Skoro. But that is starting to change.
We know, thanks to an Instagram post, that Sophia styled Schwartz for the Season 11 VPR reunion. I must say, he looked dapper.
Schwartz shares some details about his new girlfriend, Sophia
Schwartz spoke with Access Hollywood about his new relationship. Sophia, who is a strategist and marketing manager, graduated from college in 2022. The 23-year-old also has another business. “She also has a vintage clothing store,” Schwartz shared, “Shop Sosko.”
So what drew Schwartz to Sophia? “She’s just really effing cool! She’s charismatic and clever and kind of unconventionally funny,” Schwartz stated. He added, “She’s way cooler than me.”
The pair are officially dating. “I’m happy,” he explained. “It’s kind of new and exciting, and I kind of feel at peace for the first time in a long time. It’s been really pleasant… She’s just a badass human being,” Schwartz added.
Sophia has also met some of his Pump Rules co-stars. He shared that she has met Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Scheana Shay, and Tom Sandoval. “She gets along great with everybody. That’s one of my favorite things about her. I introduce her to people, and she’s so genuine and instantly makes a connection with people,” Schwartz stated. “She’s very gregarious.”
So, could Sophia be the one for Schwartz? He’s not ruling it in, or out. Typical Schwartz. “I’m just taking it day by day right now, but I really enjoy her company,” he said. “We just started [dating], but we’ve known each other for kind of a while now. I don’t know. I don’t know what the future holds, but I’m happy and at peace with her right now.”
Schwartz is holding out hope that VPR gets another season. “I would love if she filmed…[But] it can be intense if you’ve never done television before,” he said. If the series gets renewed, maybe Sophia will have a cameo.
