Brock Davies is pulling to the forefront of the Vanderpump Rules guys. He’s got his wife’s back and pushes for mature conversations within the group.
Besides that, Tom Sandoval is still public enemy number one despite Scheana Shay’s attempts to defrost the situation. Tom Schwartz’s antics, as ever pointed out by his ex-wife Katie Maloney, are feeling tired.
The co-founder of Homebody Live Fitness did perhaps misstep during the cast trip to Lake Tahoe. And he was asked about it during a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, where he appeared with Scheana.
Brock wanted “uncomfortable conversations” to happen
Scheana was left to pair up with Sandoval during a meditation in Lake Tahoe, which left her in tears. And numerous times, the Good As Gold singer was sharing emotions with her friends while Brock took on some challenging conversations with other co-stars.
Host Andy Cohen introduced a fan duo via video chat who wanted to ask Brock about his involvement on the Lake Tahoe trip.
“Do you feel like you weren’t there for Scheana in Tahoe as much as you should have been?” they asked Brock.
“Yeah, definitely should have played 18 holes of golf,” he joked.
“It’s always golf,” Scheana added.
“Of course, I should have been there. For me, I really wanted to force people to have uncomfortable conversations because I have to sit here and listen to everyone walk on eggshells, so how about have a conversation please,” Brock explained.
Certainly, the Australian native was a conduit to get Sandoval and Lala Kent talking about their emotions. Brock also tried to help the disgraced reality TV star to read the room and take accountability, but that advice fell on deaf ears.
Indeed, Scheana acknowledged how helpful those kinds of conversations are.
“It does lead to growth,” she added. “When he pushes me, I feel like I come out a stronger person.”
So perhaps it’s time to trust Brock’s process. If he takes a step back, it’s to push for a resolution between others in the friend group.
