In November 2023, Real Housewives of Miami star Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, shared some thrilling news. The couple was expecting their second child. They already share a son, Greyson, who was born in 2019. Nicole revealed that they had picked the name Genevieve Nicole for their baby girl. The big reveal went down at her gorgeous, Parisian-themed baby shower. Of course, Guerdy Abraira planned the special event.
“We love the name we chose for our son, Greyson Anthony. It’s strong and not heard too often,” Nicole explained. “We wanted to stick to something that wasn’t too common, matched Greyson, and started with a G.” The duo finally landed on the moniker Genevieve Nicole. She added that the name was “beautiful” and “elegant.” It also caught Nicole’s fancy because of “lots of cute nickname potentials.” Nicole’s due date was April 23, 2024.

The Daily Dish reported that Nicole and Anthony welcomed their daughter to the world on March 28, 2024. Nicole shared the news on her Instagram Story. “Lots of messages, I realize I left everyone in suspense with my last post being in the hospital, and then didn’t follow up for a few days,” the anesthesiologist said. “It has been hectic, to say the least, but mommy and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected, but here we are.”
Then Nicole thanked everyone for their kind wishes. “We’re doing good, and thank you for all the warm wishes. I will probably take a[n] Instagram break for a few as we recover, but, overall, we are doing well, and I’m feeling OK,” the new mom stated. “A little nauseous, but otherwise not too bad, and baby girl is trying to figure things out. So, stay tuned for more updates.”
