The mudslinging continues! Earlier this week, we learned that Simon Guobadia requested a restraining order from his estranged wife Porsha Williams. He accused her of showing up to their house with a gunman, and at one point, she forced her way inside and tampered with evidence related to their divorce. Now, Porsha is pushing back with another side to the story, and it’s just as wild as Simon’s.
According to Radar Online, Porsha has accused Simon of locking her out of their marital home. She said he’s intentionally messing with her to get revenge for filing for divorce. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is now asking the courts for an emergency hearing to get this all sorted out.
Locked out and fed up
Porsha filed for divorce from Simon on February 22, 2024, after 15 months of marriage. Simon has yet to respond to her divorce petition, but according to their prenup, he was supposed to vacate their house within 30 days. In the court documents, Porsha said that he’s refusing to cooperate with that agreement.
Based on the divorce date, Simon should have been out of their home by March 22, 2024. Porsha said that on March 21, she realized that she had been locked out of the house while Simon was away in Dubai. All of the locks were changed, and even the garage codes had been updated. Porsha’s legal team said it was “seemingly to be vindictive and retaliatory for wanting to divorce him.”
According to the court documents, Porsha managed to get access to the house. Then, shortly after she left the residence, Simon had the locks changed again! You know the local locksmith is loving this drama, but obviously, it’s a headache for Porsha. She asked the court to grant her exclusive access to the home, and she suggested that Simon might have fled the country for good.
The legal documents said, “Wife further shows that Husband appears to have fled the country to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and it is unknown when or whether he intends to return.”
