Ciara Miller and West Wilson are Summer House fans’ latest obsession. The two hit it off in the Season 8 premiere and viewers are desperately hoping their flirtmance turns into a real relationship. Viewers love West’s sense of humor and think he would be a perfect fit for fan-favorite Ciara. While the two are still in the early stages of dating, we can’t help but obsess over the idea of them as a couple.
Here are all the reasons fans are rooting for them:
They make each other laugh
We know Ciara likes a funny guy and West certainly fits that description. The 28-year-old has captured viewers’ hearts this season with his playful personality. He never misses an opportunity to make Ciara laugh and the two seem to genuinely have fun together. He appears to be more focused on having a good time rather than causing drama, which is exactly what she needs after her fling with Southern Charm’s Austen Kroll. It’s like Kyle Cooke once said, “Summer should be fun.” Duh!
They have mutual friends
Obviously, dating someone you share a summer house with can cause some problems but there are also benefits. One plus is that you have a lot of mutual friends. Merging friend groups is a difficult part of a new relationship but West and Ciara don’t have to worry about that. They are already in the same crew.
West gets along well with Ciara’s besties Amanda Batula and Paige DeSorbo, which is an impressive feat. We know those two don’t stay quiet when they think a guy isn’t good for their friend. We all saw how Amanda reacted to Hannah Berner’s fling with Luke Gulbranson. Unlike some of Ciara’s previous suitors, West appears to have her friend’s stamp of approval. In Episode 4 of Season 8, Amanda had West’s back after Ciara expressed some concerns about how he told people about their make-out session. Amanda tried to assuage her friend’s concerns by saying that West just “gets excited.”
He’s only focused on her
Ciara deserves someone who is solely focused on her after her love triangle with Austen and Lindsay Hubbard on Winter House and Season 6 of Summer House. Fans felt for the model as they watched her get caught up in Austen and Lindsay’s weird history. Unlike Austen, West seems completely focused on her. He follows her around like a puppy dog, which is adorable. We don’t have to worry about West sneaking away during a party to make out with one of her castmates. If you know, you know.
They live in the same city
Distance has been an issue for Ciara in the past but it won’t be with West. The two both live in NYC, so they wouldn’t have to schedule times to visit each other in their respective cities.
They look good together
Looks aren’t everything, but it doesn’t hurt that they are super good-looking. They both have great style and we could see them killing it on a red carpet. Bravo fans have been gushing over Ciara’s beauty since Season 5 but West may have her beat in the compliment department this season. Fans have been thirsting for the newcomer on X.

It’s true, they do look great together.
Where do West and Ciara currently stand?
Season 8 is still unfolding but as of now, the two are focused on getting to know each other. We saw them go on their first date in Episode 3 and we know they made out. We don’t know much more about how the rest of the summer unfolded nor do we know if the two are currently together. Guess we’ll have to keep watching Season 8.
