Camille Lamb joined the cast of Below Deck in Season 10. Her position onboard was split between the two main departments, interior and exterior. Therefore, Camille felt pulled in opposite directions quite a bit. By Episode 9, Camille was over it, and for the most part, her crew, and the viewers, all said “sames.”
That said, in the exterior, her boatmance with Ben Willoughby’s hair, alongside his highly inflated ego, kept her spot mostly secured. However, in the interior, it was Camille’s constant clashes with Alissa Humber that saw her axed. Once fired, Fraser Olender, Camille’s Chief Stew, clocked her for having a bad attitude. Likewise, Chef Rachel Hargrove basically gave Camille zero f*cks as she wandered the yacht, making her very slow departure.
After she finally found the exit hatch, Camille’s career path took on many new forms. We’ve got that tea here, helping to showcase all of her moves made post Below Deck. Spoiler alert, she’s coming back to our screens very, very soon, but don’t @ me, I’m just the messenger, standing in front of my laptop, asking you to love me.
But first, a look back at Camille’s firing
In Season 10, Captain Sandy Yawn took over Captain Lee Rosbach’s yacht. Her time at the helm was short. However, it was long enough to grant Captain Lee his much needed time in PT, as his nerve issues were mounting. It was also long enough to see Captain Sandy fire two of his crew members, and yes, one of these plank-walkers was Camille.
In a confessional, Camille said, “I tried to give a f*ck, and I’m done giving a f*ck. I know the work that I did. I’m proud of the work that I did. Camille out. Drop the f*cking mic. Camille’s out.”
Spoiler alert, again, because Camille wasn’t fully “out.” You see, she proceeded to battle Captain Lee on Twitter as her season played back. Basically, Captain Lee tweeted first, saying “Of all the things you’ve lost Camille, you miss your mind the most. Your behavior, from what I’m seeing is not at all what I would expect nor tolerate.”
Finding those to be fighting words, the feisty stew dug her heels in, grabbing the nearest keypad in sight, or at least that’s how I pictured it all going down. Basically, Camille threw it right back at her former boss, explaining that she was only 24, so he can pipe down. After that, Camille stopped, and she also deleted her clap-backs online. She’s officially fully “out.” For now.
Camille’s first move was OnlyFans
For her first gig on-land, Camille started up an OnlyFans account. She only kept this up for a brief period of time. When she was live, her subscriptions started at $19.99 a month. Her bio read “a busy girl chasing a big dream,” but as it appears, not all dreams are meant to be chased.
Then, Camille returned to music
Before Below Deck, Camille appeared on American Idol. Her presence was seen in Season 19, which aired in 2021. She didn’t win, but she did make it to the Top 64, which is fairly impressive. With a clear talent for music, Camille gave this career venture another shot next, and to date, she’s still releasing tracks.
Her first song, “Cool Like Me,” dropped in February of 2023. By the end of this same year, Camille had released 3 additional songs. On January 1, 2024, her music video for her latest single, “Right on Top,” hit, and also, it hit. Like, it’s a slow-paced bop.
Also, Ben alleged that Camille cheated on him after BD Season 10. Maybe now, she’ll Taylor Swift this mess, giving Bravo a new track to play in the background, while Ben swabs decks.
Now, Camille’s making a return to reality television
Over on her Instagram, Camille shared a trailer for her latest series. It’s an FBOY Island spin-off, but this time, the men are tasked at sorting through 24 stunning ladies, hoping to find out who’s really looking for love, and who’s just in it for the $100,000 cash prize. Set to star on this new CW series, Lovers and Liars, is none other than Camille.
“Whats better than F Boy Island?? ̶F̶ ̶G̶i̶r̶l̶ ̶I̶s̶l̶a̶n̶d̶… ummm I mean LOVERS AND LIARS! … This season of this series is the wildest we’ve made so far. Three dudes. Tons of women. Don’t miss it,” Camille wrote, sharing the trailer with all of her online followers.
We’re here for this. A new reality television series is always a yes. But most importantly, Camille’s moving on from engaging in love triangles over International waters. She’ll do these instead on dry land now, thank you very much.
