It looks like Ariana Madix might be ready to move out of the house she’s been sharing with her ex, Tom Sandoval. She just bought a sick new home in Los Angeles for $1.6 million. That’s one way to start a new chapter!
We’ve been following Ariana and Tom’s cohabitating nightmare on Vanderpump Rules Season 11. Obviously, it’s not a healthy living arrangement, but Ariana refused to let Tom buy her out of the house.
On the other hand, Tom said he loaned Ariana $90,000 to buy the house in the first place. So, he refused to sell the house until she paid back the loan. They’ve been in a stalemate, but according to Page Six, Ariana has made a step in the right direction by purchasing a new home all on her own.

The house that Ariana bought has three bedrooms, two baths, and a view of the iconic Hollywood sign. According to the specs, it was originally built in 1962 but just got a sleek remodel. The exterior boasts a black and grey design with wooden accents. It also has a big backyard with a meditation deck and seating areas. It’s very LA, and according to an insider, Ariana is obsessed with it.
“Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,” a source close to the VPR star said.
Ariana’s real estate purchase is just another example of how she has leveled up her life in the last year. After Scandoval rocked the world, Ariana scored advertising gigs and acting roles in addition to an impressive run on Dancing with the Stars. We also heard she was able to negotiate a higher salary on VPR. Clearly, it’s all paid off now that she purchased a home without Tom’s help. She’s one step closer to being done with him once and for all.
