The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 featured a memorable dinner party. Kyle Richards invited her co-stars and friends to a THC-infused dinner. Each guest spoke with the chef’s staff to decide how much THC they would like in their meal. A guest’s meal could also be prepared without.
While there was plenty of drama at the party, one part of the dinner was almost overshadowed: the food! The Weed Chef, Christopher Sayegh, served up a divine dinner. My mouth was watering after hearing the description of the Jerusalem Artichoke or Sunchoke. And the guests raved about it.

Fonduta Ravioli
This scrumptious-looking ravioli is made with fonduta. Fonduta is a blend of milk, egg yolks, butter, melted cheese, and white truffles. Then add some porcini mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. Yes, please! And where are those plates from?
Dulcey Chocolate Peanut Crunch
Peanuts are added to dulcey, which is blond-colored, smooth, and silky chocolate. Then this crunchy blend is placed between layers of chocolate cake and chocolate ganache. A chocolate and peanut lover’s dream come true! If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this might be the perfect pick-me-up.
Chocolate Cake
This decadent chocolate cake looks heavenly. The cake is frosted with chocolate ganache and served with tuile, which is a baked wafer. The dessert was finished with a salted caramel-flavored mousse and vanilla bean sherbet.
White Clam Pizza
For the pizza, a grilled Parmesan rind was added to a cream sauce with reduced wine. The clams were grilled and then spread with some shallots on top of the pizza. After the pizza was cooked in a wood-fired oven, chives, olive oil, and fermented Fresno chili were added to finish the dish. Kobe Burger
Now this, my friends, is a burger. The patty is a 60-day dry-aged beef combined with Kobe Wagyu fat. Then we have the toppings, including tomatoes, French iceberg lettuce, pickles, and an oyster-flavored aioli.
Caramel Corn
This version of caramel corn sounds delectable. A vanilla caramel cake has a corn cremeux, or frosting. It is finished with a corn-flavored gelato, a caramel espuma (which is foam), and CBD. I love how creative all of these dishes are.
The Caramel Apple
This one-bite wonder is the epitome of portable and tasty. The puffed dough is filled with a luscious green apple-flavored foam. Yum!
Tomato Tart
This tomato tart is comprised of flavorful tomatoes, smoked onion and cherrywood cured bacon, caramelized fennel, and basil gelee. Marinated tomatoes were the finishing touch.
Forbidden Rice Portage
This dish sounds fascinating. According to Health, forbidden rice is a whole grain that has been eaten in Korea, Japan, and China for hundreds of years. It is also known as purple or black rice. This rice was combined with sweet onion and squash that had been roasted, resulting in a thick stew. It was crowned by a glorious grilled New York Angus strip steak. And the finishing touch? A remoulade, which is a cold sauce.
5 Shades of Chocolate
I’m not sure if this is the proper name for this dessert, but it is certainly fitting. This mouth-watering confection could put Death by Chocolate, another popular dessert, to shame.
The cake was made from dark chocolate. Then add milk chocolate crack, creamy white chocolate mousse, blond chocolate gelato, and a chocolate tuile, or wafer. If that doesn’t rev up your inner chocoholic, I don’t know what will. Sign me up!
