Jax Taylor Tells Tom Sandoval to ‘Humble’ Himself

Jax Taylor returned to Vanderpump Rules for a brief moment during last night’s episode. Throughout it, he wasted no time immediately coming for his former best friend Tom Sandoval, and demanded he humble himself.

The moment was tense but oh so epic. The VPR villain, known for stirring up trouble, cheating on his romantic partners, stealing products that don’t belong to him, and getting in a few physical fights on camera, apparently turned over a new leaf. During a scene featuring Tom Schwartz, Brock Davies, Sandoval, and Jax, the latter fired off a few shots and came for Sandoval’s appearance in the process.

“You look a lot better because I’m not gonna lie, I saw a picture of you on social media a couple weeks ago, and I’m like, ‘Holy f*ck. This guy looks like he’s 50 years old,'” Jax said. “It seems like you look better — minus the white nail polish; we gotta get rid of that.”

After a little while, Jax got to the meat and potatoes of his visit to SUR. “I mean, obviously, I’ve heard what’s going on and everything,” he told Tom. He was of course referring to his seven-month-long affair with Rachel Leviss

“I know, you can’t shut up about it,” Tom replied. “I can’t not talk about it. The whole world’s talked about it!” Jax said.

Eventually, the conversation took a different turn, and Jax attempted to empathize with his former co-star.

“I know what you did is wrong, but what I did is wrong, too,” he said. “The only problem I had with this whole situation is just the way you handled it,” Jax continued. “Sometimes it’s okay to tuck your tail between your legs and be like, ‘You know what? I f*cked up.’ It’s a humbling experience.”

Jax faced the critics during an earlier season of Vanderpump Rules when he cheated on his now-wife, Brittany Cartwright. Fast forward to today, the pair have announced they’re living separately and teased that the build-up to their fallout will be shown on their new series, The Valley

Vanderpump Rules and The Valley continues on Tuesdays on Bravo.
