Season 6 of Love is Blind may be over, but don’t fret. Netflix has plenty of romance, drama, and heartbreak on the horizon. They just confirmed that Perfect Match is returning for Season 2, and three Love is Blind alums are part of the cast!
Nick Lachey randomly dropped the news during the Season 6 Love is Blind reunion. They confirmed that Micah Lussier (Season 4), Izzy Zapata (Season 5), and Jessica Vestal (Season 6) would be taking another shot at love.
Nick revealed the news and added, “I had so much fun being a part of Seaosn 1 [and] it’s really exciting to have you be a part of Season 2.”
Perfect Match Season 2 cast hasn’t fully been revealed
If you haven’t seen Perfect Match, you’re definitely missing out on a whole lot of mess. It pulls together personalities from all across Netflix’s unscripted universe.
Season 1’s cast included alums from The Circle, Too Hot to Handle, Selling Tampa, and even a handful of random reality shows that no one has ever watched. They dig deep into their pool of singles and plop them all into a luxurious villa. Each night, the couples have to pair up and determine who they want to share a suite with for the night. If you’re left without a match, you get kicked out of the game.
The show gets extra juicy when the couples compete in compatibility tests and earn the ability to bring in new singles to the villa. In the end, there can only be one “perfect match.” The winning couple gets to take a luxury vacation together. It’s like a honeymoon without a marriage.
In Season 1, the two winners seemed promising, but they broke up shortly after filming ended. It’s not clear if they even ended up taking the trip together. Hopefully, Season 2 will yield better results.
