Mauricio Umansky has been losing fans’ favor for a while now, and a recent Instagram Story did not help his case. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans have turned on Kyle Richards and her husband in the face of their ongoing separation.
Many viewers find it difficult to feel sympathy for the couple because they don’t know what’s true anymore. Kyle and Mo have not been very forthcoming at all with the details of their relationship troubles.
As such, many news outlets have been left to speculate on even the tiniest of hints. Mauricio and Kyle have reportedly been very annoyed about this speculation. Yet, they often facilitate these discussions. Still, Mauricio gave a word to those still looking to speculate.
Mauricio slammed by RHOBH fans on IG and Twitter
On Sunday, February 25, Mauricio posted a video to his Instagram Stories with the caption, “Here is what I have to say to all the tabloids and people speculating about my life.” The video showed him dancing and mouthing along to the song: “Just get your sh*t and go, go, go, go, go.” As Mauricio probably should’ve expected, it didn’t take long for the internet to latch onto the post.
The Instagram account @byewighellodrama posted a screen recording of Mauricio’s dance, with the caption, “Mauricio is going through it.” Commenters ruthlessly roasted the housing mogul with comments like, “The cringe physically hurts,” “Girls, come get your dad,” and “I don’t think he’s hot anymore.”
Fans on X, formerly Twitter, were similarly brutal when user @BrightlyAgain posted the video there. “No moves after [Dancing with the Stars]? Ick!” one reply read. The original poster replied, “He didn’t have any then either.” Another user asked, “Why is he going out of his way to look like a douchebag?” In the social media storm, it was hard to find anyone defending Mauricio.
