The Real Housewives of Potomac stars Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon recently slammed Bethenny Frankel over her judgmental comments about Kelly Rowland.
“You opened your mouth and tried to compare yourself to Kelly Rowland,” Gizelle said about Bethenny on her podcast. “No, Bethenny, you need to shut the [f*ck] up,” she continued before Robyn added to the conversation, saying, “Right, Bethenny, you’re happy to be there.”
Their statements come a week after the former Real Housewives of New York City star jumped on her TikTok and commented on Kelly’s decision to leave the Today show over a dressing room mishap. “I’ve co-hosted with Hoda [Kotb], and I’ve arrived there, and the makeup area that you touch up in is often a drop cloth, like, a black drop off,” Bethenny said in a since-deleted video. “And then your dressing room is the size of a closet, and you’re trying to fit all your people in the clown car. And you know what? You’re so excited. You’re so gracious.”

According to the claims, Kelly and her team stormed out of Today last week following a behind-the-scenes controversy. “Kelly and her team were not happy. They did not like the dressing room, so they decided to pull her off the show, leaving [Kotb] without a guest host for the 10 a.m. hour,” a source revealed.
Later, during their conversation, Gizelle and Robyn continued defending the Grammy Award-winning artist, adding that Kelly’s request for a comfortable changing space was not unreasonable considering she likely brought multiple “wardrobe options” and other staff members, including a “stylist” for “hair and makeup.”
“Allow her to feel comfortable,” Gizelle continued. “She’s hosting the hour. So, Bethenny, what you’re not going to do is ever — especially in Black History Month — compare yourself to a beautiful Black queen called Kelly Rowland.”
Before they signed off, the Green-Eyed bandits told the former Bravo staple to focus on other things, such as her supposed reality TV “reckoning” and Scandoval.
“And next time you want to talk about Kelly Rowland, the beautiful queen that she is, put some makeup on,” Gizelle said. “Stop coming on IG looking like a ghost. You look washed out — make yourself look pretty, okay?”
