Brandi Glanville Accuses Bravo of Pressuring Her To Drop Joanna Krupa Court Battle

New updates have emerged in Brandi Glanville’s newly-threatened legal battle against Bravo, this time with details around Joanna Krupa. For those who aren’t up to date, Brandi has been standing her ground against Bravo in the face of Caroline Manzo’s sexual assault allegations.

In a letter to the channel, Brandi threatened to take legal action against Bravo. She also made sexual harassment allegations against Andy Cohen. However, the letter also included allegations over Joanna’s 2015 defamation suit against Brandi. At the time, Joanna sued because of remarks Brandi made in  2013 on Watch What Happens Live, saying Joanna’s genitals “smelled.”

When the Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip star made the comment a second time, the Real Housewives of Miami star retaliated with legal action. Brandi and Joanna settled outside of court in 2017. However, according to Brandi, that settlement wasn’t entirely her choice.

Brandi’s lawyers accuse Bravo of “dangling carrots”

On February 23, RadarOnline reported on a letter from Brandi’s legal team to Bravo. The letter, written by lawyers Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos, alleged that Brandi was “used and abused” during her time on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. “Glanville has always been nothing less than a loyal soldier for NBC,” they wrote. “That is partly because, for many years, Bravo has been dangling carrots to keep Ms. Glanville in line.”

The letter referenced Brandi’s prior legal battle with Joanna: “Although NBC and/or production affiliates were plainly responsible for indemnifying Ms. Glanville in connection with the lawsuit, Ms. Glanville was instructed not to pursue the matter lest she suffer professional retribution from her then-employers.”

Brandi reportedly believed her “demonstrated loyalty would be rewarded professionally and financially if she bit the bullet.”

However, there was no reward in sight. “Despite liquidating her savings to cover legal fees and settlement costs, Ms. Glanville never got her carrot,” the letter stated. “That makes this situation especially galling for Ms. Glanville, who genuinely believes NBC would do right by her.”

Sources familiar with the situation told RadarOnline, “This is inaccurate,” denying Brandi’s claims.
