If a Real Housewife says, “I’m sorry,” but there are no cameras around to see it, does it really count as an apology? We’re asking for Dr. Nicole Martin, who claims she got an off-screen apology for some of the drama that unfolded on The Real Housewives of Miami Season 6.
The Miami Housewives recently gathered for the Season 6 reunion, but Nicole told Us Weekly that she heard from Adriana de Moura before their sitdown with Andy Cohen. Here’s what happened.
This RHOM star was seeking Nicole’s forgiveness behind the scenes
On Season 6 of RHOM, we all watched Dr. Nicole’s Mother’s Day Brunch go off the rails once Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton learned that Ana Quincoces would be in attendance. Everyone at home (and Julia Lemigova) knew it was Adriana who invited Ana. Adriana was trying to be messy, and Dr. Nicole got thrown under the bus.
Nicole said she felt like Adriana used her as a “pawn” in her “master plan.” She probably felt that way because that’s exactly what happened. Now, Adriana is apparently trying to hold herself accountable.
“I felt like she was manipulating the situation and then when everyone found out she didn’t really own it out, she was a little wishy-washy, and that didn’t help my cause with the other women,” Nicole shared.
She continued, “But since then, Adriana and I have spoken. She apologized for the way things appeared on camera, and she told me she’s going to make it right at the reunion. So let’s see.”
We’ll have to tune into the reunion to see if Adriana takes accountability for her actions in front of the group. It’s one thing to apologize in private, but doing it on stage in front of the rest of the ladies means a lot more.
The Real Housewives of Miami continues with Season 6 on Bravo, Wednesday nights at 9/8c.
