The Real Housewives of Miami star Nicole Martin might not love drama, but it finds her anyway. During Season 6 of RHOM, Nicole’s Mother’s Day Brunch was torched when Adriana de Moura brought along Ana Quincoces.
Ana was a cast member on the first three seasons of the show. Just seeing Ana freaked out Alexia Nepola and her bestie, Marysol Patton. So, why did they scream and storm out of the event?
Ana and her daughter allegedly made some rude comments about Marysol and Alexia on a podcast. But Adriana’s secret reason for bringing along Ana was to reveal Alexia’s rumored housing problems. Of course, Nicole knew nothing about Adriana’s motives and caught plenty of heat from Alexia and Marysol. Just another Tuesday for Nicole!
Adriana better own it at the Season 6 RHOM reunion
Nicole didn’t love the feeling of being “a pawn” in Adriana’s theatrical scheme. “I felt like she was manipulating the situation and then when everyone found out she didn’t really own it out, she was a little wishy-washy, and that didn’t help my cause with the other women. But since then, Adriana and I have spoken,” Nicole told US Weekly. “She apologized for the way things appeared on camera, and she told me she’s going to make it right at the reunion. So let’s see.”
The anesthesiologist continued, “It’s so hard because you hear so many things that you weren’t privy to while you were filming. I had no idea that Adriana was conspiring to bring Ana for X, Y, and Z reasons.” She added, “And then watching it, you see her and Julia [Lemigova] kind of discussing the real reasons why she’s bringing Ana, and I’m like, that’s messed up.” She should swear off hosting any RHOM events.
Nicole, who has been one of Alexia and Marysol’s favorite targets, was “disappointed” by their behavior. “Right from the start, they’ve kind of questioned who I am and they’ve attacked different aspects of my life, whether it’s professional, emotional relationship, my family,” she explained.
But this Miami housewife is doing her homework for the reunion. Nicole took “notes” as she watched the season on television. “I have a little notebook and so it’s hard to just stay organized and kind of tackle all those points. Especially when women are yelling and you get distracted and it’s hard,” she said. Amen!
Let’s hope that Adriana owns up to what she did and gives an actual apology. I’m not holding my breath for Marysol or Alexia to do the same.
