On Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Miami, the Mother’s Day brunch hosted by Dr. Nicole Martin quickly devolved into a mess of epic proportions. When Marysol Patton and Alexia Nepola found out that Ana Quincoces would be attending the event after years away from the RHOM cameras, they completely lost their cool.
Marysol and Alexia thought Nicole was setting them up for conflict with Ana. Meanwhile, Nicole was adamant that she had no idea the ladies had beef. In retrospect, Nicole now realizes that the whole thing was just a messy plan masterminded by Adriana de Moura.
Nicole thinks all roads lead to Adriana
Nicole talked to Hollywood Life about the spicy Season 6 drama, and she said she felt “used” by Adriana amid the drama with Alexia and Marysol. Why couldn’t Adriana just be honest about why she invited Ana?
Nicole explained, “I was almost like a pawn in Adriana’s master plan, which doesn’t feel good because I feel like I’ve always been a good friend to Adriana.”
She continued, “Last year when everyone turned their back on her at the Bahamas, I still was there for her. I still tried to incorporate the two groups. It definitely felt like I was being used.”
Of course, Dr. Nicole also called out Marysol and Alexia for being so obnoxious at her brunch. No one made them scream like maniacs and storm out of the event. They could have handled it like adults, and it would have been a much smaller ordeal. Nicole also felt that Julia Lemigova could have inserted herself sooner.
Nicole explained, “Adriana could’ve been honest from the beginning. I think Julia could’ve told me what was going on. I think Alexia and Marysol could’ve spoken instead of yelled at me like a child and then things would’ve ended differently. But unfortunately, that wasn’t the way things went down.”
If she had the chance, Nicole said she would have just called Adriana and told her not to bring Ana. Instead, she spent the entire brunch scrambling to keep the peace. Either way, she’s just hopeful that at the upcoming Season 6 reunion, all of the truth will come to the surface.
“It’s been three years of me constantly being villainized and attacked, despite there never being proof of the allegations, and I think this is going to be no different,” Nicole explained. “Adriana has owned it. Ana has gone out and given interviews that I had nothing to do with this. So I’m hoping that Alexia and Marysol will finally see the light … I’m not holding my breath.”
