Former Vanderpump Rules stars Jax Taylor and his wife, Brittany Cartwright, have a new spinoff coming out titled The Valley. No, I’m not excited about it, either.
Meanwhile, Jax and his wife also have a podcast, When Reality Hits with Jax and Brittany. And the couple recently weighed in on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s split.
Jax was an expert at lying and cheating during his time on Pump Rules. And now, since Scandoval reignited Brittany and Jax’s careers, he is spouting off on everything. Kyle may want to cover her ears.
Jax is calling out Kyle and Mauricio as fakers
The couple discussed the Umansky’s marital issues during a recent episode of their podcast. Jax believes that Kyle and Mauricio are faking their separation to boost RHOBH’s ratings. “Everybody does things for clicks. People will ruin their marriages for clicks. I mean, look at what’s going on with Housewives,” Jax stated. “Now they are saying that Kyle and Mauricio were just doing the breakup for clout. For clicks. They are doing that.”
While Jax admitted that he didn’t know if Mauricio was straying, Brittany believes that Mauricio “has been cheating for a long time.” Jax also claimed that after Scandoval boosted VPR’s ratings, other Bravo stars were down to create scandals.
“[Bravo stars] saw this, this little thing, and saw how big it got, like, ‘Oh I wonder if we start something, this will get this big.’” I feel like people are going to do this,” Jax explained. “That’s what I think … I think that’s what people are doing. And I think it’s disgusting that if you are married, that you are going to drive into your marriage and be like, ‘Hey, we’ll get more popular if we say our marriage is on the rocks.'”
Even though her husband is pretty sure that Kyle and Mauricio are pretending to be separated, Brittany isn’t so sure. “I don’t want to speculate and say for sure that’s what happened,” Brittany said. However, Jax reminded his wife that has “never been wrong about a lot of things.” Jax has lied about literally everything, so that is straight-up hilarious.
Kyle previously denied rumors that she and Mauricio were faking their split for ratings. “What human being would create a story like this? Put their family through this. That is one of the dumbest things I’ve maybe ever heard in these 13 years,” she said.
Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules premieres on January 30 at 8/7c on Bravo. The Valley will hit Bravo in Spring 2024.
