Scheana Shay is looking for loyalty within her group. And she’s been questioning if former Bachelor star, Nick Viall, truly has her back after a punch line regarding her husband, Brock Davies, was born on his podcast, The Viall Files.
Brock and Scheana are stars of the hit reality TV series, Vanderpump Rules. And in that business, anyone is fair game for commentary. But comments made by their former co-star, Charli Burnett, while on Nick’s Viall Files apparently wounded the veteran Bravolebrity.

Scheana suggested Nick “has nothing else to talk about”
Scheana took to her own podcast, Scheananigans, to react to comments made by Nick and Charli while in conversation. In an episode title, “In the Hot Seat with the ‘Payroll Husband,'” Scheana revealed she’s known Nick “for years.” All the more reason to feel betrayed.
“I have his phone number and we have done some social media things together. I have appeared on his podcast,” she explained.
Here’s why Scheana perceived disloyalty. Charli called Brock “a payroll husband” when she guest starred on The Viall Files. The term stuck, and Nick repeated it during another episode.
While explaining her feelings, Scheana suggested that Nick uses her as a topic of conversation due to her platform and popularity on Pump Rules.
“I feel like I have been a subject on the last several episodes of his podcast because he has nothing else to talk about,” she said.
Scheana questioned what the term “payroll husband” even implies, but she felt it was “misogynistic” in nature. The Good As Gold singer denied ever paying her husband to appear on Vanderpump Rules with her, or any other collaboration.
Meanwhile, Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premieres on January 30 at 8/7c on Bravo. Charli chose not to return for the highly controversial season.
