Hello again! Let’s jump right into The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13, Episode 11 recap. This week’s episode is titled “A Celebration of Life.” The ladies head off to Ojai to celebrate Annemarie’s birthday. Last week, Sutton met with her matchmaker and had another date. So, she gives everyone an update on her love life, while Dorit wonders about the state of her marriage to PK. Here’s everything that you need to know about RHOBH Season 13, Episode 11!
Girls gone wild!
Kyle organized this trip to Ojai, California to celebrate Annemarie’s birthday. I have no idea why. She hasn’t been featured much this season.
“So I thought why not take a nice day trip, get to know each other better, and just enjoy a girls’ day out without any arguing- for once maybe,” Kyle explained. Fingers crossed!
Erika has COVID so she is missing the trip, but the ladies check in with her before leaving.
Sutton gets a second date
Once aboard the Sprinter, Sutton shared some news about her love life. “I went on a date. His name is Steve. And he has a job.” So far, everyone was impressed.
“Guess what? He asked me out for a second date,” she added. And the bus goes wild! “Success!” Sutton exclaimed. A moment later she belched after sipping on her clear, giant water bottle, which she joked was vodka.
“I’m really excited for my second date with Steve. He was really cute and he’s been texting me. You know, I think he likes me,” Sutton said in her confessional. I’m rooting for Sutton to find love.
Once they arrive, the ladies split into two groups. And we learn something interesting about Kyle. She buys something every damn day.
In her confessional, Kyle admitted, “I can shop on my phone, when I’m home in bed, online shopping, gas station, airport stores – love it. Mobile Mart – there’s stuff in there I actually like.” Is Kyle really strolling the aisles of Mobile Mart, filling up her basket?
Sexy secrets revealed
The ladies lunched at a farm and winery. Kyle brought a game, and the first card said to lick someone’s toe. Sutton volunteered and licked Kyle’s toe, much to everyone’s horror. When another card asked if it was inappropriate for husbands to be in contact with other women on social media, the group was in agreement. That is a hard pass.
Then Kyle shared that she and Mauricio have argued over that topic. Mauricio has a lot of women sliding into his DM’s, and Kyle doesn’t like it. Kyle also hates her husband “liking” other women’s photos.
Then, Kyle abruptly asked the group if anyone would date a woman. Sutton wasn’t into it, and Dorit almost choked on her wine. Garcelle shared that she has entertained the thought.
But what shocked the ladies the most was Kyle stating that she would be open to it. Is this the same Kyle who couldn’t believe her friends kissed other women? “I don’t know much, but I think there’s a country song somewhere in there,” Garcelle noted. Which was an obvious nod to rumors that Kyle was dating her good friend, country singer Morgan Wade.
After Dorit and Kyle got on the grass to demonstrate scissoring, I was speechless. Then Dorit joked that the next card said to stick your tongue in the mouth of the person sitting next to you. Sutton was all in and touched tongues with Dorit. Afterward, Dorit dabbed a napkin on her tongue. Oh, please! Dorit needs to lighten up.
PK gives his opinion on Dorit’s PTSD
Dr. Sarah, Dorit and PK’s therapist, visited their house for a session. Dorit was disappointed that PK didn’t support her more after the traumatic home invasion. Dorit wanted PK to understand her PTSD. He was still salty because Dorit didn’t appreciate his Pretty Woman-themed anniversary surprise.
PK believes that some of Dorit’s behaviors aren’t the result of PTSD. He considers them “obnoxious.” Which is how I would sum up PK in one word. He also called his wife “high maintenance.” That may be true, but according to Dorit, PK has started to be “harsh” with her.
They both seem unhappy with the state of their relationship. If PK doesn’t step it up, Dorit may be stepping out to contact a divorce attorney.
Kyle honors her friend
Kyle planned a celebration of life to honor her friend, Lorene, who took her own life. RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp and Morgan accompanied Kyle. And Morgan sang at the event. When Kyle was anxious about her speech, Morgan comforted her. They do seem to have a genuine connection or friendship.
Faye Resnick, Camille Grammer, and Kim Richards all attended the event, as well as Kyle’s daughters and Lorene’s family. Mauricio was out of town, and Kyle resented it. I can’t believe that he missed this emotional event, but Kyle turned up to support his first lame performance on Dancing with the Stars.
The curious case of Sutton’s esophagus
Annemarie refused to stay out of Sutton’s esophagus. She asked Garcelle and Crystal about Sutton’s condition. Annemarie was obsessed. She asked anesthesiologists and EMTs about it. Finally, she claimed that it was a symptom of an eating disorder. Crystal called out Annemarie for talking about eating disorders, but she denied saying it. The words just crossed your lips, newbie!
Garcelle filled Sutton in about Annemarie’s medical questions. Sutton, whose father also took his own life, was not dealing with Annemarie’s foolishness tonight.
Kyle gave a lovely speech about Lorene. Two days before Lorene’s death, she told Kyle to always appreciate her marriage to Mauricio. Now Kyle wants to be happy and live each day, and it sounds like Mauricio might not fit into that plan.
