Ariana Madix continues reaching levels of fame reserved for very few reality stars. The Vanderpump Rules alum has been seeing some of her wildest dreams come true after an explosive Season 10, and in preparation for a highly-anticipated Season 11.
Some of Ariana’s achievements since Scandoval include fulfilling her lifelong ambition of appearing on Dancing with the Stars, preparing to open a sandwich shop with her best friend, Katie Maloney, and releasing her new book, Single AF Cocktails.
Now, she can cross off another item from the growing fame list – an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. But Ariana wasn’t just there for a standard interview. Instead, she showed Jimmy and the audience one of the recipes from her book.

As Ariana and Jimmy first began talking, the longtime host noted that Ariana had a rather “insane” year. He acknowledged just how intertwined Ariana became with 2023’s pop culture. “Everyone was talking about Scandoval,” he said. “It was all you. I gotta congratulate you on just being strong through all this. I can’t imagine what you went through.”
As to how she was feeling, Ariana said, “I mean, it’s been a whirlwind, a rollercoaster, but it’s life, you know? Just grip – white knuckle it,” she laughed. Jimmy pointed out the silver lining, listing all of her accomplishments over 2023, including her shoutout from Variety in their list of the most powerful women in reality TV, as well as her role in Chicago on Broadway.
When asked what made Ariana want to write her book, she said, “I’m, like, a really big musical person. I’m really inspired by musicians and some of my favorite artists … they have these incredible breakup albums.
