Lindsay Hubbard Buys First House Following Carl Radke Split

Lindsay Hubbard couldn’t have played the heartbreak game better. After Carl Radke called off their engagement, she remained quiet until it was the right time to share her side of the story. The Summer House star functioned with dignity, and hasn’t talked trash about her ex-fiancé.

And now, after keeping mum about a new financial endeavour, Lindsay revealed that bought a property in Nashville, Tennessee. So will the NYC gal be relocating? Will the epicenter of Hubb House move to the middle of the country?

Here’s what we know, straight from Lindsay herself.

Lindsay is excited about #HubbHouse Nash

On Wednesday, the Summer House star shared a series of photos of herself and massive stack of papers to Instagram. Lindsay captioned the photos, “Turns out 2023 wasn’t ALL that bad for me.”

Indeed, this power move means that Lindsay closes 2023 out like a boss b*tch. She’s not letting the year be about her doomed relationship with Carl.

“I bought a HOUSE ya’ll!” Lindsay gushed. “But I won’t be the one living in it.. you guys will! If you’re heading to Nashville this year with a group of friends, you can stay at my rental property starting in March. Giddy Up because #HubbHouse Nash is coming soon!!”

In one photo, Lindsay leafs through the impressive stack before pretending to throw them across the room. In a second one, the reality TV star is signing papers at an impressive office space.

“This was my pile of paperwork from my closing last week!” she captioned the photos.

Fellow Bravolebrities flooded Lindsay’s post with words of congratulations. Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix posted heart-eyed emojis. Of course, the camaraderie is significant given Ariana’s own troubles home-owning with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.

Leva Bonaparte, matriarch of Southern Hospitality added, “Nice!!!!! STR income is the best kind!”

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Whitney Rose posted, “Congrats Linds! So excited for you!”

Real estate maven, and Real Housewives of New York City newbie Erin Lichy added, “Yessss!!!!”

Her Summer House co-star Andrea Denver wrote, “well done Linds.”

Lindsay is betting on her fan backing to make this a profitable venture. Let’s see if her plans come to frutition.

Summer House Season 8 is expected to air in early 2024 on Bravo.
