After a recent episode of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 4, allegations came out that Monica was behind a Real Housewives snark account. If the rumors are true, it adds more ammo to the ongoing feud with the majority of Monica’s RHOSLC co-stars. Here’s everything we know so far about Monica’s alleged secret blog.
Did Monica Already Hint About A Secret Account?
In the opening minutes of a recent RHOSLC episode, Monica flat out told Heather Gay that sending DMs with a fake account was something she would do. However, she quickly added that she’d never send DMs to herself. This conversation was in reference to the messages she claimed to receive about Angie Kastanevas being in the Greek Mafia. At the time, she helped pin those on Meredith Marks. In a confessional, Heather said that castmates joining in online trolling would be the “ultimate betrayal.”
Fan account Queens of Bravo commented that this moment was Monica telling on herself…which she seemingly confirmed by reposting to her Instagram story. On the episode, however, Monica was adamant that Meredith was the one behind the Angie rumors.
How Did The Secret Blog Rumors Start?
Viewers, and Meredith, were already questioning if Monica could have made a fake account to spread the Angie K rumors—even if it meant sending DMs to herself. As the episode aired, Monica’s alleged history of dishonesty struck again. Murilo Bueno, a former Jen Shah assistant, used X (previously known as Twitter) to accuse Monica of being behind the social media account Reality Von (Tea)se.
How Do The Contents Of The Blog Connect To Monica?
Monica’s alleged secret Instagram page is mostly devoted to Jen Shah’s court case. As viewers know, Monica was a former employee turned whistleblower who testified against Jen.
The account hasn’t posted anything to the grid since before Jen went to prison. During the trial, Reality Von (Tea)se was known for leaking lots of juicy details.
One thing Reality Von (Tea)se leaked was a video of Jen screaming at the designer behind her infamous Season 2 reunion look. As it turns out, that was the same designer who made Monica’s Season 4 reunion dress. Could this just be a coincidence?
How Does This Connect To The BeautyLab Lawsuit?
While the Instagram is all about Jen Shah, the Reality Von (Tea)se account on X took shots at the current RHOSLC cast. Including a reference to Monica’s lawsuit against Heather’s BeautyLab, which she alleged was due to botched injections. The X account notably retweeted lots of praise for Monica. Commenters on Reddit also claimed that “you do you boo” sounds like a phrase the RHOSLC newbie would say.
The X account recently cleared its history to show one retweet and two likes. All were pro-Monica and anti-Heather. One of the likes referred to Heather’s business as “fraudulent.”
Will These Rumors Come Out On The Show?
The shocking RHOSLC Season 4 finale teaser showed that Heather gets some news that rocks her to the core. Could this be the long-awaited big reveal? Does the blog come up in the phone call with Heather that’s been teased all season?
While the Reality Von (Tea)se Instagram account goes back to 2021, the X account wasn’t created until June 2023. That would be after filming for Season 4 ended. The tweets about RHOSLC current cast members seem more in line with Heather’s accusations of bullying. If Monica did write those tweets, Lisa Barlow was right about her nastiness towards other women.
If that intense level of anger is just over a blog about Jen Shah, it could backfire. After all, the accusations against Jen were pretty horrific. Fans were already angry at many RHOSLC stars for standing by her despite everything. On the Real Housewives Reddit, most comments said this would make Monica’s co-stars look like hypocrites.
Fans won’t have to wait too long to see if these allegations are discussed in the finale. It airs January 2nd, 2024. The alleged secret blog could also come up in the reunion, which will air the following weeks. We already know that Monica was enemy number one when the reunion filmed.

Heather has already said she won’t film with Monica again, although she later admitted that might not be possible. If it was Monica behind the tweets, then basically every cast member would have a bone to pick with her. Again, as Heather said, a castmate joining in online trolling and bullying cuts deeper.
Monica already had friction with all her co-stars throughout the season. Which is why it was surprising they all believed her about Meredith sending the Angie K DMs. Even if the blog isn’t hers, Monica was still a driving force behind a lot of the drama this year. Producers may decide her antics are too entertaining to let her go.
