Vanderpump Rules alum Charli Barnett ended up on the wrong side of history. During Season 10, she backed Rachel Leviss, who was secretly having an affair with Tom Sandoval. While Sandoval was in a relationship with Ariana Madix. Charli and Rachel crashed the infamous guys’ night that sparked Scandoval. She was shocked when she found out about Rachel and Sandoval’s deception.
Charli joined the cast in 2020 but decided not to return for Season 11 of Pump Rules. “The day it came to sign on the dotted line — I was already ready to film that night — something told me not to do it,” she explained. In the end, Charli walked away from the paycheck. But she gained a fiancé when her boyfriend, Corey Loftus, popped the question.
Charli shares her opinion of Scheana Shay’s hubby, Brock Davies
While Charli didn’t film with the VPR gang, she still has plenty of hot takes on her former co-stars. And she gave all the tea on The Viall Files podcast. Basically, Charli believes that Scheana Shay will repair her longtime friendship with Sandoval after cutting him off post-scandal. As for her husband, Brock Davies? He will also buddy up to Sandoval because he takes orders from his wife.
“I know that Scheana’s already going to fold ’cause that’s just her personality,” Charli said. “Like, she’s probably going to be friends with Tom.”
Then Charli went in on Brock. “That’s who he has always been. He’s like a payroll husband,” Charli explained. “Like you know, he does whatever she wants him to do. I just feel like — I don’t know.” She added, “They bother me, honestly. I just think it’s weird, cringy, desperate, thirsty vibes.”
And Charli also had a strange encounter with Brock after her engagement. Brock asked her what they were “up to.” Charli stated, “It’s like, ‘Why are you asking me that?’ And it’s like, ‘Are you trying to determine what I’m doing after ‘Vanderpump.’ If it’s whether you like me enough or not or whether I’m worthy of your time?’” She added, “And it just like things like that — and, like, ew.’”
I think that Season 11 will show some of the Pump Rules cast members going back on their pledge to cut ties with Sandoval. I do wish that Charli was part of the upcoming season to call out the cast for their hypocrisy.
