Move over Kyle Richards, there are new reality stars in town who have a close bond with a musician – Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney. As Vanderpump Rules superfans know, Katie and Tom first met in 2011, introduced by a fellow castmate.
They dated for five years before tying the knot in 2016. Of course, as is more commonly known, the couple decided to split in 2022. At the time, the divorce was pretty amicable. Until Scandoval rolled around.
Since Katie was such good friends with Ariana Madix, and Schwartz remained faithful to his friend, Tom Sandoval, animosity developed between the two. Now, the couple has all the more reason to hate each other as they vied for the same woman.
Tom and Katie kissed the same woman
When Bravo dropped the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 trailer on YouTube, nobody could’ve anticipated a love triangle between Schwartz and Katie, but that was exactly what they got. “I’ve never been in a love triangle before,” Schwartz commented. Katie remarked, “May the best man win,” as clips played of each cast member kissing a mystery woman.
This woman told Katie, “I have a crush on the worst couple,” with a laugh. Now, this mystery woman is a mystery no longer. On Twitter, @thebravobabe_ posted a screenshot of musician Tori Keeth’s Instagram Story. There was little doubt Tori was the third corner of the love triangle, with pink hair matching that of the woman in the trailer.
Some of the chronically online may have recognized 24-year-old Tori for her old acting credits, appearing in projects like Dangerous Cheaters, The Never List, and The Message. Now, she’ll have another performance credit once Pump Rules Season 11 hits screens next year.
