Ariana Madix is arguably the most successful reality star in the world right now. After Vanderpump Rules Season 10, Ariana published a book, sold a ton of merch, and competed in Dancing with the Stars.
Now, as all that success continues piling up, VPR Season 11 is fast approaching. Ever since filming began, the Pump Rules cast has teased Season 11 as perhaps the craziest, most depressing season they have ever filmed.
Not even Lala Kent was immune to Season 11’s negative vibes with reports of changing perceptions, allegiances, and friendships. Speaking of, could it be that Lala and Ariana are friends no more, just as rumors suggested?
Does Lala want what Ariana has?
On December 11, Bravo dropped the new trailer for Vanderpump Rules Season 11. The end of the trailer saw Lala voicing frustration to Scheana Shay, shouting, “I have never experienced someone who gets cheated on and suddenly becomes God!” It was difficult to read her words as anything other than envy, especially given her tone. Of course, context will provide us with clearer answers when the season does air.
As one fan in the trailer’s comment section put it, “Lala is so jealous of Ariana.” Indeed, it would make sense for anyone to be jealous of Ariana. Lisa Vanderpump herself pointed out in the trailer that Ariana saw many doors open up in the wake of Scandoval. Other commenters, however, defended Lala, accusing Ariana of “milking the situation.”
Lala, meanwhile, shared her ambitions with Lisa, explaining, “I’m just a b*tch in these streets trying rebrand and get a sperm donor.” That leaves the question of what exactly Lala was trying to rebrand herself into, and if she succeeded. As of right now, VPR fans are on good terms with Lala. Of course, in Season 11, anything could change.
