Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Crystal Kung Minkoff is in to win it. During Kyle Richards’ infamous weed dinner, she mentioned that Kyle and Sutton Stracke were arguing. And floated the idea that they should iron out their issues over dinner. A stroke of brilliance.
Then Crystal took on BravoCon. She made no secret of the fact that there were some “rude” people in the mix. While Crystal refused to name anyone in particular, another Bravo star didn’t play as nice.
Southern Charm’s own Olivia Flowers added an Instagram comment on a post about Crystal mentioning the “rude” stars. “I thought she was rude,” Olivia commented.
If Crystal doesn’t know you, that’s not her problem
Crystal was a guest on The Viall Files and explained that Olivia was a stranger. “I heard about who she was a week ago,” she said. “I don’t know who she is. And let me tell you something: My glam team [asked] me, ‘Did you see this?’ I don’t know who she is [and] I feel bad,” Crystal added.
Crystal’s glam squad showed her a photo that she had taken with Olivia “a year ago.” Crystal assumed that Olivia was “mad” that she didn’t recognize her.
“There’s a lot of people that don’t know who I am [and] I’m not like, ‘You’re rude. You should know who I am,’” Crystal stated. “Genuinely, I don’t watch [any of the other Bravo] shows, so if I don’t recognize you, it’s not a [diss]. That’s an ego-driven thing that has nothing to do with me.”
Crystal continued to make Olivia feel better by hinting that she wasn’t memorable. “I literally couldn’t pick her out of a lineup today. I have no idea who she is,” the RHOBH star said.
Was Olivia mistaken for a fan?
Finally, host Nick Viall opined that Olivia was angry because Crystal thought she was a fan, not a Bravo star. “You hit the nail on the head. That picture, my team reminded me, [was of] me, her, and another girl,” she explained.
“At that time, these two girls came up to me and said, ‘We said hi to you outside and we think you think we’re fans, but we’re on the network.’” Crystal added, “So, that’s exactly what it is. I didn’t recognize her this year.”
Still, being on Bravo doesn’t earn you any special treatment from Crystal. “But, I can’t control who I don’t know, but I treat fans, I treat friends [and] anyone on the network the same. You don’t get an extra bump because you’re on the network,” Crystal explained. “I’m going to be polite to you no matter what.” Unless, allegedly, your name is Olivia Flowers.
